When you create an account, we store your email address and chosen username. Gameplay data (scores, times, puzzle completions) is stored to power leaderboards and statistics.
You may sign in with Google or Apple. In these cases we only receive a unique identifier and, if permitted, your email address. We do not receive your password from these providers.
Crownix shows ads via Google AdMob to support free gameplay. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the IDFA) and usage data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted by your consent (e.g. App Tracking Transparency on iOS). You can manage ad tracking permissions in your device settings at any time.
Puzzle progress and settings are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you create an account.
We use Supabase for database and authentication, and Google AdMob for advertising. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting hello@playsolvix.com. We will process the request within 30 days.
